The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.

UDHR, Article 16 

Men and women, without any distinction as to race, nation, nationality or religion, who have attained marriageable age as defined by law, have the right to marry and found a family. 

They have equal rights while entering into, during marriage and at the time of divorce.

(FDRE Constitution, Art. 34)
