የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን (ኢሰመኮ) ከመጋቢት 4 እስከ መጋቢት 6 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም. በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር በወንጀል ነክ ነገር ውስጥ ገብተው በማቆያና ተሐድሶ ተቋም ውስጥ በሚገኙ ሕፃናት የሰብአዊ መብቶች አያያዝ ላይ ክትትል አከናውኗል
