Women’s empowerment must be inclusive of women with disabilities and elderly women

Human rights were among the first casualties of the ongoing conflict in Ethiopia. While both sides continue to accuse each other of atrocities, independent organizations find it increasingly difficult to monitor abuses.

በአፋር እና አማራ ክልሎች የተፈጸሙ የሰብአዊ መብቶች እና ዓለም አቀፍ የሰብአዊነት ሕግ ጥሰቶች ላይ በኢሰመኮ የተደረገው ምርመራ ሪፖርት ይፋ ሆኗል።

በ153 ገጾች በተዘጋጀው የምርመራ ሪፖርት ኮሚሽኑ በአማራና በአፋር ክልል አካባቢዎች ባሰማራው የሰብዓዊ መብቶች የምርመራ ቡድን የደረሰባቸውን ግኝቶች የሚያሳይ ነዉ።

የኢሰመኮ ዋና ኮሚሽነር ዶክተር ዳንኤል በቀለ ለብዙሃን መገናኛ ባቀረቡት በዚሁ ሪፖርት በጦርነቱ በተጎዱ በርካታ ቦታዎች በአካል በመገኘት በተደረገው ምርመራ መሰረት አጠቃላይ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ጥሰት መፈጸሙን አስታውቀዋል።

በ153 ገጾች በተዘጋጀው የምርመራ ሪፖርት ኮሚሽኑ ከዚህ ዓመት መስከረም ወር ጀምሮ በአማራና በአፋር ክልል አካባቢዎች ባሰማራው የሰብዓዊ መብቶች የምርመራ ቡድን የደረሰባቸውን ግኝቶች የሚያሳይ ነዉ።

የሥርዓተ-ፆታ እኩልነት በሴቶች እና በወንዶች መካከል መድልዎ የሚከለክልና በሁሉም የሕይወት ዘርፎች እኩል መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ፤ ሁሉም ሰዎች ያለምንም ልዩነት በሕግ ፊት እኩል እንደሆኑና እኩል የሕግ ጥበቃ ሊደረግላቸው የሚገባ መሆኑን የሚያመላክት መሰረታዊ የሰብአዊ መብቶች መርህ ነው፡፡

Gender Equality refers to the right to equality and non-discrimination between men and women in all spheres. It is a fundamental human rights principle that every individual shall be equal before the law and shall be entitled to equal protection of the law without distinction of any kind.
