Komishiniin Mirgoota Namoomaa Itoophiyaa (KMNI) naannoo Somaalee bakkeewwan horsiisee bultootaa filataman tokko tokko keessatti hojiirra oolmaa mirga barnootaa ilaalchisee hordoffii mirgoota namoomaa gaggeessuun adda baafatee fi yaada kennaman irratti Bitootessa 29, 2018 Magaalaa Jijjigaatti qooda fudhattoota waliin marii gaggeessee jira. Marii kanarratti bakka bu’oonni Biiroo Barnootaa Naannoo Sumaalee, Naannoowwan Lafa Gammoojjii fi Jallisii, Dubartootaa fi Daa’immanii, Biiroowwan Bulchiinsa Sodaa Balaa fi waajjiraalee barnootaa aanaalee adda addaa irraa hirmaataniiru.

Waltajjicharratti, eegumsi bu’uuraalee seeraa idil-addunyaa fi biyyaalessaatiin kennamu dabalatee, hordoffiin mirga barnootaa bakkeewwan horsiisee bulaarratti KMNI’n godhu dhiyaatee bal’inaan irratti mari’atameera.

Marii kana irratti manneen barnootaa sababa bubbee cimaatiin miidhaan irra gahe deebisanii ijaaruu fi bu’uuraalee misoomaa diriirsuu fi babal’isuun, akkasumas leenjii walitti fufiinsa qabu kennuun beekumsaa fi dandeettii barsiisotaa guddisuun barbaachisaa ta’uu ibsameera. Kana malees, babal’ina manneen barnootaa yeroo fi bultii dabalatee tooftaalee barnootaa akkaataa jireenya horsiisee bulaa wajjin walsimutti qopheessuun ciminaan kennamuu akka qabu akeekameera.

Hirmaattonni marii kanaas qaamonni mootummaa sadarkaa sadarkaan jiran, dhaabbileen hawaasa siivikii fi qooda fudhattoonni dhimmi ilaallatu biroo qindoominaan hojjechuun rakkoo horsiisee bultoota mudatu haala itti fufiinsa qabuun hiikuuf hojjechuu akka qaban ibsaniiru.
