Workers have the right to reasonable limitation of working hours, to rest, to leisure, to periodic leaves with pay, to remuneration for public holidays as well as healthy and safe work environment

Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay. (UDHR, Article 24)

Article 42(2) of FDRE Constitution states that workers have the right to:-

reasonable limitation of working hours;
to rest, to leisure;
to periodic leave with pay;
to remuneration for public holidays as well as
healthy and safe work environment.
