ኢሰመኮ የቅድመ ምርጫ ሂደቱን አስመልክቶ ይፋ ባደረገው ሪፖርቱ፣ በምርጫ ምዝገባና ዝግጅት ወቅት የታዩ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ክፍተቶችንና ጠንካራ ጎኖችን ይፋ አድርጓል
በመድረኩ ኢሰመኮ በአርብቶ አደሩ አካባቢዎች የትምህርት መብት አተገባበር ላይ ባደረገው ክትትል የተለዩ ግኝቶች ቀርበው ውይይት ተደርጎባቸዋል
